Privacy Policy and Privacy Agreement

This privacy policy (our "privacy agreement" with you) explains what data JLBETPH.online collects and why. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
1. Data we collect
- Emails you send us, including your name and address, used only to reply.
- Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance.
We do not run accounts, take payments or collect ID documents. We do not sell personal data.
2. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how the Site performs. It sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) and processes data like approximate location, device and pages visited. We do not use it for advertising. See the cookie policy.
3. How we use data
To answer messages, keep the Site secure and fix errors.
4. Sharing
Only with service providers needed to run the Site (such as hosting), or when required by law. Clicking an outbound link (see our affiliate disclosure) takes you to a site with its own privacy policy.
5. Retention
Emails are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Hosting logs follow the provider's short retention schedule.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Email kimlozano@jlbetph.online.
7. Children
The Site is for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
