Our standards

AI-assisted content disclosure
We use AI tools to help draft outlines and first versions and to organize research. A human editor, Kim Lozano, then verifies facts, tests steps, rewrites for clarity and approves the final article. AI is never the final decision-maker.
Freshness and updates
Guides are re-checked on a rolling schedule and whenever rules change. Each article shows "Published" and "Last updated" dates with a short list of what changed. All updates are logged on the content freshness page.
Corrections
Found an error? Tell us. We fix confirmed errors quickly and note them in the changelog.
